Set within the distinctive stone fabric of Mustafapaşa, historically known as Sinasos, Pietra Cave Suites welcomes its guests in a registered historic Greek (Rum) mansion with a history of more than 270 years. The character of the building remains visible in its stone craftsmanship, vaulted ceilings, arches, niches, substantial masonry walls and raditional wooden details - architectural elements shaped by the refined civil architecture of old Sinasos and the local building traditions of Cappadocia.

At Pietra Cave Suites, history is not treated as decoration; it defines the experience of the house. While the original architectural character has been carefully preserved, the rooms have been arranged to meet contemporary expectations of comfort. Each room has its own identity: some are defined by soaring stone vaults, others by rock-cut textures, niches, traditional colours or distinctive woodwork. A stay at Pietra is therefore less about entering a standard hotel room and more about discovering a different chapter of the mansion.

With only nine individually charactered rooms, the property offers an intimate atmosphere shaped by calm, privacy and a strong sense of place. Warm lighting, natural stone, traditional textiles and carefully selected wooden furnishings create an understated and timeless setting that respects the building’s past. Pietra Cave Suites is designed for travellers who wish not only to visit Cappadocia, but to experience its heritage from within.
